Ordering online with us is safe and secure!  We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.  This online system is 100% secure.  We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct business on our site.  If you wish, you may also contact us to arrange other payment options.  For non-credit card orders, just complete your order thru the site and then print the e-mail that is sent to you following the completion of your order.  Include a copy of this e-mail, with your payment, and mail both to our address which will be included in the e-mail and can also be found on our Contact page.

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 60 days of the original shipping date for replacement, refund or store credit.  All items must be unused and the original packaging and tags need to be  included with returned items.

A Return Authorization Number must be returned before returning any item.  All packages that are shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted without prior approval.

Parcels may be shipped back in the original boxes; otherwise any plain  unmarked box may be used. Please make sure there are no previous  shipping labels or other information on the outside of the parcel.  Customers are responsible for freight charges both ways on all returns.  We will not accept any parcels freight collect or COD. We will process  your refund by the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt  of the returned package.

Defective Merchandise:
Any product that has been used and is alleged to be defective will be subject to our inspection/approval in order to receive a refund. Our decisions are final.

Exclusions:
Custom and/or special order items are not exchangeable or returnable.

Products manufactured by Maltese Hockey are designed and heavily tested to minimize the risks of bodily injury but ice hockey, roller hockey and lacrosse are, by nature, high risk sports.  Protective equipment can not eliminate all injuries, but can help to reduce their severity.  Maltese Hockey assumes responsibility for manufacturing defects if such defects result in injury, provided that the product has been unmodified and is being used in an appropriate manner.  Maltese Hockey can in no way be held responsible for injuries incurred while playing hockey if no manufacturing defects are present.
